In March 2026 the KOHL Group announced that it would stop making AC Schnitzer parts at the end of 2026. AM Group then acquired the AC Schnitzer brand, and since November 2026 AC Schnitzer is part of AM Group. The name, the heritage and the existing parts carry on.

Parts & fitment
Since 1987 AC Schnitzer has developed tuning parts for BMW and MINI: wheels, aerodynamics, exhaust systems, suspension, performance upgrades and interior parts. Every part is developed for a specific model and its chassis code. AC Schnitzer is now part of AM Group.
BMW M, the BMW 1 to 8 Series, BMW X, BMW i and the BMW Z4, and MINI and MINI Electric. See all models.
BMW and MINI give every model generation its own code, for example G20 for the 3 Series Sedan from 2019 or F80 for the previous M3. AC Schnitzer parts are developed per chassis code, so a part for one generation does not automatically fit another. Not sure which one you have? Send us your model and year of manufacture.
LCI stands for Life Cycle Impulse, BMW's name for a facelift. Some parts differ between the original model and the LCI version, so always choose the version that matches your car.
The overview shows the current programme per model. Send us your model and year of manufacture at info@ac-schnitzer.com and we check what is available for your car.
In the AC Schnitzer shop. Dealers within the EU order through our distribution partner GP Products.
Send us your question via the contact form on any model page or at info@ac-schnitzer.com. We put you in touch with the right dealer to fit the parts.
Most AC Schnitzer parts are approved for road use. Depending on the part this is an EC type approval, a parts certificate or an expert opinion. With an EC type approval or an expert opinion no further inspection is needed. With a parts certificate, an official testing body checks the part after fitting and enters it in the vehicle documents, as required in Germany and some other countries. Homologated parts are supplied with the matching document.
Not sure which applies to your part? Ask us at info@ac-schnitzer.com.
